How to Clear your Cache

• Close down all Internet Explorer Sessions
• Right click on the Internet Explorer Icon
• Select "Properties"
• Select the “Delete Cookies” Button and “OK” to confirm
• Select the “Delete Files” Button, Make sure the “Delete all offline content” is
  checked and select “OK” to confirm.
• Reboot your machine.
