Parking

Erlanger offers convenient valet and garage parking at our main downtown hospital and adjacent Medical Mall. All of our other hospital locations offer free ground-level parking.

Erlanger Baroness Hospital and Medical Mall Parking Garage

Parking for: Inpatient hospital, Medical Mall doctor appointments, and Miller Eye Center patients

Directions: Enter left off of Central Avenue one half block north of East 3rd Street. Enter hospital and Medical Mall from first floor of garage.

Cost: $2, Patient Information Desk will validate parking stub for:

Discharged Patients (must have discharge papers)
Adult and Children’s ER Patients (Main Garage only, Patient or patient’s driver)
Children’s ER and Outpatient Therapy Patients (Main Garage only, Parent or Caregiver of child)
One family member of ICU or NICU patient (weekly parking pass available from parking office)
Gastroenterology (GI) / Interventional Radiology (IR) Adult & Children’s Surgical Patients (one per family)
Adult and Children’s Cancer / Palliative Centers (Main Garage only) o Child Protective Services (CPS) and Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) personnel on official business to hospital

Valet - Medical Mall

Parking for: Medical Mall doctor appointments and procedures (outpatient)

Directions: Enter the circular drive immediately before the parking garage (near 200 block of Central Avenue)

Hours: 6AM – 6PM, Monday – Friday

Cost: $2, Validation with parking stub for surgical discharge, cancer patients, and veterans

Valet - Inpatient Surgical Services / Downtown Labor and Delivery

Parking for: Inpatient surgery, downtown Labor and Delivery admission (use ER after valet hours and emergencies), cardiac short-stay, orthopaedic surgery, hand clinic, and wound care.

Directions: Hampton Street (on right, just before adult ER)

Hours: 6AM – 6:45PM, Monday – Friday

Cost: Complimentary/Free
