How to Register and Get Verified
1. Visit www.doximity.com
- Enter your first and last name and click Find My Profile
- If you have a profile, the screen will prompt you to reset your password.
- If you do not have a profile, the screen will guide to you enter your information and sign up.
Once you are registered, you must verify your profile. To get verified, you must do one of the following:
- Email us from your medical email address (e.g. [email protected])
- Upload a photo of your professional license or medical ID on your profile
- Email [email protected] a photo of your professional license or medical ID
- Fax a copy of your professional license to 650-403-1817
- Once submitted, your status will be updated within 2 business days.
The deadline to register and get your profile verified is Thursday, November 30, 2017.
