Susan Drummond is a Senior Associate in Obstetrics in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she coordinates the Perinatal Regionalization Program and brings more than 30 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. An AWHONN-designated instructor and trainer in Intermediate and Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring, she received the AWHONN Award of Excellence in Education in 2020 and speaks and publishes nationally on electronic fetal monitoring and high-risk obstetrics.

Dr. Shakira L. I. Henderson is Dean of the University of Florida College of Nursing and System Chief Nurse Executive for UF Health — the first person to hold both roles simultaneously. With more than two decades of experience spanning nursing education, clinical practice, research, and health policy, she brings a rare, interdisciplinary perspective to women's health leadership. A national leader in the field, she is a past president of the National Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses and has earned more than 50 awards throughout her career, including the 2023 Alumna of Distinction from the University of Miami School of Nursing.
