Baroness Campus Parking Garage
- Patients and visitors can pay to park in the garage via fast and convenient payment machines at the end of the pedestrian walkways leading to the hospital. You can also pay at the parking garage exit gate.
- Parking in the garage is free for the following by having their parking stub validated at one of our Patient Information Desks, either in the Medical Mall, across from the gift shop, or in the Emergency Department.
- Surgical and Cancer Patients
- Veterans
Please remember to take your parking stub with you when you leave your vehicle for faster validation and quick payment machine service.
Valet Parking
There are four opportunities for convenient valet parking at our downtown hospitals.
Adult Medical Services – Valet is $2 for all patients and visitors; free for Surgical and Cancer Patients, and Veterans
- Surgical Services valet is available on Hampton Street from 5AM to 6PM. For visitors and patients of surgical services, mother/baby services, Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) therapy and the West Wing Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Medical Mall valet is available across from the main parking garage from 6AM to 6PM. Open to all visitors and patients.
Children’s Medical Services – Valet is free for pediatric patients and visitors.
- Main Children’s Hospital/Pediatric Inpatient valet is available at the main Children’s entrance on Blackford Street from 5:30AM to 8PM.
- Children’s Outpatient valet is available at the Kennedy Outpatient Center entrance at 900 East 3rd Street from 8AM to 11AM.
The last car to be accepted for valet is two hours before closing.

Located in Baroness Hospital Across from Information Desk
Erlanger’s Auxiliary Gift Shop sells cards, gifts, Mylar balloons, toys, books, jewelry, magazines, candy, toiletries and more – with free delivery to patient rooms. All gift shop proceeds fund charitable projects at the hospital. The shop is located in Baroness Hospital across from the information desk near the cross walk to the parking garage.
