He offers his suggestions with data or justification and will offer support by providing documentation, joining committees, attending meetings and giving resources. He recently agreed to join the EMG governance committee in an effort to improve physician services. He is also trying to work with leaders to bring additional services, providers specialties and procedures to the Erlanger Center for Breast Health. His knowledge and energy in improving areas he can affect are quite notable."
