Our Stroke Care Is Based on National Guidelines 

We’re proud to be recognized by the American Heart Association for our active involvement in Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke, a program designed to help hospitals make sure patients get the benefits of the latest scientific guidelines-based treatment.

 The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association recognize this hospital for achieving 85% or higher compliance with all Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Achievement Measures and 75% or higher compliance with five or more Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Quality Measures for one calendar year to improve quality of patient care and outcomes.

Erlanger East offers diagnosis and treatment of common neurologic disorders including headaches, seizures, tremor, stroke and TIA, neuropathy, and multiple sclerosis. Specialized therapies include Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) for refractory epilepsy patients and Botox® treatment for adults with chronic migraine.

Movement Disorders encompass a broad range of neurological diseases and conditions that affect motor function (movement or actions of the muscles). Erlanger movement disorder specialists strive to provide care for patients through all life stages, offering state-of-the-art services.
