Martha Weeks, MSHA, BSN, RN
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Nursing Officer for Erlanger East and Erlanger North Hospitals
Prior to joining Erlanger East, Ms. Weeks served as Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Erlanger Health System and later as Administrator and Chief Nursing Officer at Erlanger North Hospital. Throughout her more than 40 years of in nurse management, she has worked to promote a model nursing structure and culture that results in performance excellence through quality, safety and service. In 2016, Ms. Weeks received the Champions of Health Care Award for Administrative Excellence, as voted by her peers and the Hamilton County Medical Society.
Ms. Weeks received her Nursing Diploma from Erlanger Health System and Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. Her professional memberships include the Tennessee Organization of Nurse Executives (TONE) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
William Crowe, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC, NEA-BC, FHM, FACHE
Senior Director and Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Erlanger East and Erlanger North Hospitals
With over 39 years of experience in healthcare, over 32 years of experience as a nurse, and a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner, Dr. Crowe’s experience spans a variety of settings including flight nursing, the Emergency Department, critical care, administration, quality, research, education, and advanced practice. Prior to becoming a nurse, Dr. Crowe worked in EMS providing care both on the ground for a large inner city 911 system and in the air as part of an air medical evacuation crew.
In addition to his full time job as an Erlanger administrator, Dr. Crowe also serves as a clinical instructor for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and an assistant professor and concentration coordinator for the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program at the School of Nursing at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Monica Jones, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer for Erlanger East and Erlanger North Hospitals
Dr. Jones joined Erlanger East after working as an anesthesiologist with Anesthesiology Consultants Exchange for 29 years. Dr. Jones received her undergrad at Indiana University Southeast in New Albany, Ind. before attending medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine. She competed her residency for anesthesiology at the University of Alabama Birmingham. She also completed a residency in obstetrical anesthesia at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Tex. In 2011, Dr. Jones earned her physician executive master in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
