Dr. William Blalock is a highly trained, board‑certified cardiologist with Erlanger Cardiology. He is committed to delivering advanced, compassionate heart care. Dr. Blalock has extensive experience in treating adult cardiovascular conditions.
Dr. Blalock’s early passion for science led to the pursuit of a chemistry degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During undergraduate studies, a strong commitment to helping others, combined with a solid scientific foundation, inspired Dr. Blalock to pursue a career in medicine.
Away from the office, Dr. Blalock enjoys exercising, watching sports, reading, listening to music, traveling, watching interesting shows on the History Channel and the Discovery Channel, and spending time with family and friends.
