Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Michael B. Nichols, M.D. attended Vanderbilt University School of Engineering for undergraduate training before obtaining his medical degree from the Vanderbilt University School Of Medicine. Dr. Nichols completed his internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Dr. Nichols went on to complete fellowships in Vascular and Interventional Radiology (Vanderbilt University) and Neurointerventional Surgery (University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga, TN). Dr. Nichols is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology. In his spare time Dr.
Nichols enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, motorsports, and photography.
