Dr. Taylor Peak is a board-certified urologic oncologist with Erlanger Urology. Dr. Peak specializes in the surgical and multidisciplinary treatment of urologic cancers, including prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers. His surgical expertise includes minimally invasive, robotic-assisted, and laparoscopic procedures, as well as open surgery, nerve-sparing and organ-sparing techniques, and complex reconstructive and salvage surgeries.
Dr. Peak ensures patients are fully informed about all treatment options, including the risks and benefits of each approach, empowering them to make decisions aligned with their values and quality of life goals.
Dr. Peak serves as an Assistant Professor of Urology at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences College of Medicine in Chattanooga, where he mentors residents and contributes to the advancement of urologic medicine.
Drawn to medicine because of its dynamic nature and its ability to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives, Dr. Peak is particularly excited about the rapid advancements in immunotherapy, targeted therapies, antibody-drug conjugates for patients with advanced urologic cancers, and organ preservation when possible.
When not caring for patients, Dr Peak enjoys running along the river, exploring new restaurants, traveling, reading and spending time with his wife Kelly and two golden retrievers.
