Dr. Samuel Lazoff, DO, MPH, FACP, is an internal medicine physician with fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine and Nephrology. He cares for critically ill patients with complex medical conditions, including multi-organ failure, shock, and sepsis. His professional interests include quality improvement and medical education.
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Dr. Lazoff values building strong connections with the communities he serves. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, leadership development, and community engagement.
