About / Overview
Meredith Hamilton is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Erlanger Primary Care. She sees patients at both Erlanger Primary Care practice locations on Signal Mountain – located off of Taft Highway and at Alexian Village. She grew up in Alabama and graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing before receiving her Master of Science in nursing from Tennessee Tech University.
Meredith has more than 27 years of healthcare experience and has had the opportunity to deliver medical care to people of all ages, backgrounds, and medical conditions. Whether her patients want to focus on wellness and preventive medicine, address a health problem affecting their lives, or optimize their current health, she feels honored to be a part of their journeys.
Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and cooking.
