About / Overview

Dr. Laurel Kelley is a board-certified pediatric neurologist and a fellowship-trained specialist in adult and pediatric neuroimmunology, sponsored by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she moved to Tennessee to earn her biology degree with minors in psychology and chemistry at Southern Adventist University. During college, she conducted research at Erlanger and first connected with patients in the neurology clinic—an experience that sparked her passion for the field.

Dr. Kelley completed her master’s degree, doctorate, and pediatric neurology residency in Southern California at Loma Linda University. Inspired by caring for children with multiple sclerosis and encephalitis during residency, she pursued a subspecialty in multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology at Oregon Health & Science University, focusing on autoimmune disorders of the central nervous system.

She and her family are thrilled to return to Tennessee to be closer to be closer to friends and family.
