Dr. Henry Okafor is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist specializing in Urogynecology, and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS). He provides expert care for women with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, voiding dysfunction, pelvic floor disorders, and complications from prior urogynecologic procedures.
Dedicated to advancing women’s pelvic health, Dr. Okafor focuses on conditions that are often underdiagnosed and undertreated. He combines compassionate, patient-centered care with advanced treatment options, including minimally invasive and robot-assisted surgery, to help women restore function, reduce symptoms, and improve quality of life.
An Affiliated Assistant Professor of Urology at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences College of Medicine Chattanooga, Dr. Okafor is committed to clinical excellence, education, and innovation. Known for his approachable bedside manner, he treats every patient with the same care and respect he would extend to his own family, ensuring a supportive and personalized healthcare experience.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Okafor enjoys bike riding, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.
