Erin Crook, MSM, PA-C has more than 10 years of experience as a board-certified physician assistant specializing in cardiology. She is passionate about partnering with patients to improve their cardiovascular health through education, prevention, and evidence-based care. She believes that one of the most powerful tools in medicine is helping patients understand their health, empowering them to make meaningful lifestyle changes that can prevent disease, improve symptoms, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Erin's approach to patient care is centered on providing compassionate, guideline-directed treatment while fostering open communication and shared decision-making. She strives to build lasting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported throughout every stage of their healthcare journey. She feels strongly that it is a privilege to care for individuals and families and is committed to delivering personalized care that reflects the latest advances in cardiovascular medicine.
Outside of the clinic, she and her husband, Tanner, have proudly called the Chattanooga area home for the past decade. Together with their two children, they enjoy spending time on the lake, traveling, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and the Atlanta Braves, and making memories as a family. Erin enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening and appreciates any opportunity to spend time outdoors or gather around the table with family and friends.
