Dr. Diana Alvarez is a highly trained, board‑certified cardiologist with Erlanger Cardiology. She is committed to delivering advanced, compassionate heart care.
While an undergraduate at Florida International University in Miami, FL, Dr. Alvarez’s passion for helping people ignited a desire to pursue a career in medicine.
Dr. Alvarez is a member of The University of Tennessee Health Science Center Cardiovascular Disease Faculty where she serves as an affiliated assistant professor for the cardiovascular disease fellowship.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling, strength training, and time with her spouse, her dogs Jasper and Mason, and her cat, Milo.
