Sleep disorders can not only prevent one from falling asleep, but also staying asleep. They can also cause morning headaches, excessive sleepiness during the day, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression, moodiness and memory loss. While most sleep disorders are not immediately life-threatening, they can result in serious medical conditions if left untreated.
