The Ronald McDonald House is committed to keeping families near one another during their time at the hospital. The Ronald McDonald Family Room, located on the 3rd floor of the Children’s Hospital near the F elevators, provides free showers, washers and dryers, meals, and snacks. The Family Room operates Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM.
Onsite Banking
A First Horizon Bank branch is located in the Medical Mall.

ATMs (Cash Machines)
Erlanger’s downtown campus has three ATMs. Two are in the Medical Mall; and one is in front of the hospital credit union across 3rd Street from the main hospital buildings. Fees may apply.
Gift Shop
Erlanger’s Auxiliary Gift Shop sells cards, gifts, Mylar balloons, toys, books, jewelry, magazines, candy, toiletries and more-with free delivery to patient rooms. All gift shop proceeds fund charitable projects at the hospital. The shop is located in the mail hospital across from the information desk near the cross walk to the parking garage.
