Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

With over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, Wendy serves as our Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Erlanger, she served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Logan Health, where she oversaw critical departments including Human Resources, Quality, Patient Experience, Marketing, KidKare, Employee Health, Occupational Health, and Education. In her current role, Wendy oversees departments including Human Resources, Workforce Development, Employee Health, eKids, Organizational Development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Compliance, Marketing, and the Foundation. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to excellence and a focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree from Lamar University and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University. She is currently completing her Doctorate from Baylor University, focusing her research and dissertation on women's leadership in healthcare.
