Understanding Your Billing Statement

Thank you for choosing Erlanger Health System for your health care needs.  The information in this section is designed to help you understand your bill.

As a courtesy, we will file a claim to your insurance carrier.  Once we receive notice that your claim has been processed, we will mail a statement that shows the balance due after insurance.  If your insurance company does not respond to us in a reasonable amount of time you may receive a statement showing the full amount due.  You should contact your insurance company for an explanation.
