The Erlanger OnDemand website and service ceased all operations on April 1, 2020.

How to Access Your Erlanger OnDemand Patient Record

All patient records, including any consult notes, work/school release notes, receipts, and all other records will be available via the Erlanger OnDemand website through March 31, 2020. You can log into your Erlanger OnDemand account and print off or save any records that you need. Beginning April 1/2020, the consult notes and receipts will only be available through a records request to Erlanger Health System. The process for requesting medical records through Erlanger Health System can be found at https://www.erlanger.org/patient-and-family-resources/patient-tools/medical-records
