Payment for Services

Payment is requested at the time of service and may be made by cash, check, money order, Visa, or Mastercard. Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances are accepted at this location. Co-payments are the patient's responsibility and due at the time of service. You may be eligible for reduced fees for services, but federal guidelines require patients to provide proof of income and address at the time of service. The acceptable documents to provide are as follows: pay stubs, W2 forms, state licence, utility bills.

CVS Pharmacy

CVS Pharmacy accepts most major insurances and offers discounts to uninsured patients of Erlanger Health System. For your convenience, our location accepts e-prescribed prescriptions.

Insurance Counseling

Outreach and Enrollment Specialists are on site to assist you with any health insurance questions. The specialist are application counselors that are certified to guide you through The Affordable Care Act marketplace, Medicaid, and Medicare enrollment. A social worker is also available on site to assist you with medical resources as well. Staying Healthy

We want to keep you and your family in the best of health. We offer well child and preventive health exams for the entire family. Ask for information about nutrition, exercise programs and how to stop smoking.

Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC)

WIC, provided at both Dodson Avenue and Southside Community Health Center, is a federal program designed to provide food to low-income pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants and children until the age of five. The program provides a combination of nutrition education, supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals for health care. WIC has proven effective in preventing and improving nutrition related health problems within its population.
