About / Overview

Sarah McKay is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Jacksonville, Florida. She remained there to complete the doctor of nursing practice family nurse practitioner program at the University of North Florida.

Following her medical education, Sarah joined Dr. Michael Teuton at Erlanger Primary Care in Cleveland in 2020 as an intern. During this time, she completed her nurse practitioner training with Dr. Teuton, becoming familiar with the practice, the patients, and the Cleveland community.

Sarah and her husband, a neurologist with Erlanger Neurology, have traveled internationally for medical missions in Addis Abada, Ethiopia. When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, kayaking, home décor, and spending time with their rescue dog.
