About / Overview

Dr. Morrical is excited to be the newest member of the pediatric cardiology team at Erlanger and University of Tennessee. He is originally from Indiana, but most recently moved here from Minnesota after doing both residency and fellowship training at Mayo Clinic. He also participated in several research projects involving pediatric exercise testing and has co-authored book chapters on the subject as well. He is also actively involved in teaching residents and medical students.

Dr. Morrical and his wife enjoy anything outdoors, and they are thrilled to now call Chattanooga their home. They have a young daughter as well who is also excited about all the area has to offer.

Dr. Morrical has a passion for patients and families with congenital heart disease, and he is excited to be here during the building of the new Children's Hospital so he can work together with the entire Erlanger team to provide the best care possible.
