Amy Miller Anderson graduated from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff of Nursing at Emory University, with a Master’s Degree in Nurse Midwifery in 1999. She worked for nine years in the Chattanooga area as a labor and delivery nurse prior to becoming a Nurse Midwife. She is dedicated to giving her patients a holistic approach to pregnancy, labor, and delivery. She attended Girls Preparatory School, Colorado College, and UTC before obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing at Southern College in Collegedale, TN. She encourages childbirth education and the use of Doulas. She has three daughters, Sorrell, McLean, Holly, and one son Barrett.
