About / Overview
Dr. A. Upadhyaya, DDS, MPA, is a general dentist at Erlanger Community Health Center. She graduated from New York University College of Dentistry, NY, and was a member of the OKU honor society. She also has a Master’s degree in Public Administration, majoring in Healthcare Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey.
She has been in Dentistry since 2007, when she graduated from King George Medical University, India, with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery after four years of didactic training and a year of clinical internship.
Dr. Upadhyaya is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the local Chattanooga Area Dental Society. She also volunteers as an adjunct associate professor with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and works with final-year dental students, helping mentor them and facilitating their public dental health experience.
