Peachtree Athletic and Rehabilitation Center (PARC)
We know you want to see real change in your life. We will coach you through the process of achieving true balance while establishing healthy habits that last. Our recognized experts and staff serve as your personal guides to meet your fitness level and therapeutic needs.
Did you know that your new PARC membership includes free personal training sessions, specifically tailored to help you reach your goals?
Let your PARC Fitness Center personal trainer guide you through our well-equipped gym, outdoor track, racquetball courts, saunas, and introduce you to our rejuvenating yoga and dance classes.
Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital also offers outpatient rehabilitation services at our fitness complex conveniently located near the hospital. At PARC, we cater to all ages – pediatric, adult and geriatric clients.
Not only do we offer specific programming for a variety of medical needs, we’re here to see you through the short term goals and promote healthful longevity.
Our approach is clinical and personal because we believe in proactive healthcare. Treatment programs are tailored to you through an individual assessment and evaluation. We use evidence-based methods of treatment in orthopedic, neurological and other areas requiring training with skilled therapists in the fields of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation and more.
Don’t sweat therapy.
Progress is not achieved through physical exercise alone. We deliver support in the form of dietary and stress management counseling, preventative educational programs and pain management.
The fitness center, featuring an outfitted modern gym and outdoor track, also is available to members at the same location. Weight training equipment is available as well as access to certified personal trainers on site.
