The Interventional Pulmonary Program and the Lung Nodule Program are advanced subspecialties of UT Erlanger Pulmonary Services. Focusing on minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, these programs combines advanced clinical practice and technology to diagnose and treat a broad range of malignant and nonmalignant lung diseases in the complex airway and pleural space, including:

  • Lung nodules and masses 
  • Abnormal chest lymph nodes
  • Pleural diseases
  • Benign (non-cancerous) diseases of the airway
