COPD Program

The Erlanger COPD Program provides comprehensive resources to improve the quality of life for patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). We offer expert treatment and disease management with a strong focus on education and ongoing support. The COPD Program goals and objectives are to:

• Simplify patient education
• Promote awareness of COPD
• Assist in the proper diagnosis, staging, and treatment in accordance with the Global Initiative of Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) Guidelines
• Support COPD patients and their families throughout the continuum of their disease
• Provide COPD Disease Management and Education using navigation strategies with RT Navigators
