And as our region’s essential health system, Erlanger has taken unprecedented steps to protect our patients’ safety during this time. But know the most important things at Erlanger haven’t changed. We’re still open 24/7 to safely serve all of your health care needs – from regular check-ups to important follow-up visits to unexpected emergency care.

All visitors will be required to wear a mask for the duration of their visit.

For our patients who need to stay home, we now offer greatly expanded telemedicine services. This allows you to schedule and have medical visits remotely from convenience of your home. Ask your provider about telemedicine options for their practice.

To further ensure everyone’s safety, Erlanger is limiting hospital visitations, requiring masks for all staff, and implementing continued extensive cleaning of all health system facilities based on CDC guidelines.
