Floyd Chasse as Vice-President of Human Resources

Floyd Chasse, MS, SPHR, is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Erlanger Health System. He has a broad knowledge base in personnel operations and a specialized background in healthcare organizations. Chasse is responsible for oversight of the entire Human Resources and Organizational Development operations of the enterprise as well as Volunteer Services.

Prior to joining Erlanger in 2015, Chasse served as Vice-President of Human Resources at McLaren Greater Lansing in Lansing, Michigan, a university affiliated teaching hospital with multiple campuses and a large physician/clinic practice network. 

Chasse received his M.S. degree in Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Mi. He is a member or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and SHRM Chattanooga. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Chasse has been a speaker at the National Healthcare HR Management Institute.
