Southside Community Health Center (formerly known as Alton Park Community Health Center), has been a primary care provider to the Chattanooga area for over 25 years. This center is a complete family practice facilities with affordable, accessible, and high quality primary medical care. Our professional providers include family practice doctors, physician's Assistants, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, and dentists.

Our physicians are on-call after hours and on weekends in case of emergency.

Access to medical services is provided to our patients if their needs require emergency care treatment, hospitalization, or the attention of a specialist. We provide healthcare regardless of the ability to pay.
