Southern Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeons and UT-Erlanger Foot and Ankle Institute have joined forces to create a premier orthopaedic surgery practice consisting of Dr. Doty and his three partners- Dr. Warren Gardner, Dr. Dirk Kiner, and Dr. Peter Nowotarski. Dr. Doty's partners all completed competitive fellowships in orthopaedic traumatology and are experts in fracture care. The group has combined experience to address the most complicated musculoskeletal fractures and deformities.
Dr. Doty's subspecialty training provided him the background to confidently address a wide variety of foot problems ranging from electively scheduled toe deformities to emergent severe lower leg injuries. He is well-versed in internal fixation as well as external fixation in treating chronic hindfoot and forefoot deformities.
