Sally Horne, MD
Dr. Horne is an outpatient neurologist with UT Erlanger Neurology. Her practice includes general neurology, EEG interpretation, vagus nerve stimulator programming for refractory epilepsy, and botox injection for chronic migraine sufferers. She has special interests in multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and headache disorders.
Dr. Horne graduated first in her class at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. She completed her neurology residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She was in private practice in Marietta, Georgia, prior to relocating to Chattanooga.
Dr. Horne is board certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
