Erlanger East Campus and T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital were recently awarded top honors for outstanding patient satisfaction at the annual Professional Research Consultants (PRC) convention in Baltimore, Md.

PRC is Erlanger's vendor for the measurement of patient satisfaction. PRC interviews a sampling of patients following discharge, the results are tabulated, and Erlanger units of inpatient and emergency care are benchmarked against more than 275 hospitals across the nation.
