Hematology/Oncology - Pediatric Oncology William Gaylord, MD

About / Overview

William is a board eligible physician in pediatric hematology/oncology. After completing undergraduate studies at Indiana University, he attending medical school at American University of the Caribbean. William was fortunate to complete his residency here at Children's Hospital at Erlanger with the UTCOM-Chattanooga Pediatrics Program. His fellowship was done at Riley Hospital for Children where he was Chief Fellow his final year. 

Dr. Gaylord has been drawn to the field of pediatric hematology/oncology since medical school. Dr. Gaylord jumped at any opportunity to spend in the clinic during his residency and looks forward to taking care of the patients in the Chattanooga area. Dr. Gaylord has great interest in pediatric leukemias and lymphomas as well as care of pediatric cancer survivors. 

William and his family are very excited to move back to the Chattanooga area. They love being outside as a family and the variety of activities available here.
