About / Overview

Dr. Stephen Scorey is an internal medicine physician with a special focus on prevention. Dr. Scorey grew up in Chattanooga and is now thrilled to be raising his family here – and serving other families in our region through his primary care practice. After pre-med studies at Auburn University, he earned his medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed his residency at UT College of Medicine in Chattanooga.

Dr. Scorey is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles with his patients and throughout the community. He believes that overall health is best achieved by a team approach through communication, trust, and patient education. Strong patient relationships are central to his practice and he looks forward to working with each individual to help them achieve personal health and wellness goals.
