Building a Pathway to Better Health
Leave Your Mark on the region’s first lifestyle hospital
Work is underway on a $50 million makeover of the Erlanger East Hospital. The result will be the region’s first lifestyle hospital, providing quality, comfortable, multispecialty services for patients who need a less critical, outpatient-oriented setting. Our vision is to provide comprehensive lifestyle medicine and services that place a premium on quality of care, easy access, and convenience.
In order to make this happen, we need your help. A variety of beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces will surround the hospital providing patients and visitors, as well as employees and the community, a place to enjoy the outdoors. We are currently accepting donations for the following naming opportunities.
Donor Level $125/$100
With more than 40% of Hamilton County’s babies born at Erlanger East Hospital each year, there could not be a better need for a children’s playground. Funding for the playground will be made possible by our community’s smallest members—our Sandbox Supporters. Honor your child or grandchild by making them a Sandbox Supporter and help create a special place for our children. Your child or grandchild’s name, along with all supporters, will be permanently engraved on a beautiful plaque inside the children’s playground. Donations begin at $125 for one child and $100 for each additional child.
LIVING LEGACY TREES
Donor Level $750/$450
The Living Legacy Tree Program provides individuals and organizations with the opportunity to add beauty to the Erlanger East Hospital and Lifestyle Trail. The program is a unique way to honor individuals in a way that lasts a lifetime. Trees may be planted to commemorate a birth, marriage, or anniversary; pay tribute to employees or retirees; or as a lasting symbol of a departed love one. Trees will first be planted along the front of Gunbarrel Road and Crane Street on a first-come, first-served basis.
Donors will have the choice between a shade or ornamental tree.
Shade trees will be at least 3 inches in diameter and vary in height from 15-20 feet tall. Ornamental trees will be approximately 2 inches in diameter and will vary according to species from 8–14 feet tall.
Donor Level $2,500
Adopt a bench located along the beautifully landscaped Lifestyle Trail. This naming program is a unique way to honor a loved one or commemorate a special occasion. Benches will be placed along the Lifestyle Trail beginning along Gunbarrel and Crane Street. Several will also be placed at each hospital entrance and the children’s playground. Benches will be placed on a first come, first serve basis. Your donation of $2500 includes the bench, an engraved plaque, and the installation and maintenance for the life of the bench for approximately 15 years.
There are a variety of opportunities to support Erlanger East Hospital, from major gifts that provide attractive naming opportunities within the hospital to tribute gifts that memorize or honor a friend or loved one.
