The Erlanger East Imaging center is a full-service, completely digital imaging center available to the community. It is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. It offers the major imaging modalities:

  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
  • CT Scanning, including true cardiac imaging
  • Nuclear Medicine
  • Digital Mammography
  • Ultrasound
  • Bone Densitometry
  • X-Ray
  • Echocardiography

Digital mammography means better images that can be viewed immediately for accuracy.  It also means 30% less radiation exposure and less painful compression – more comfort and more peace of mind.

The dedicated and professional staff is there to provide care in a patient – friendly environment.  The Special dressing areas for women along with the large, comfortable rooms and furnishings add to the overall atmosphere of comfort and compassion.

The Imaging center is fully digital technology which means there is no film to process.  Radiologists are on site and can read results in minutes.  This enables reports to be generated quickly back to your primary physician.  This means that you will learn about your results sooner instead of days later.

The Imaging center has a state of the art MRI that combines the image quality and speed of a full size magnet, with a larger patient opening to reduce the feeling of claustrophobia.

Using high –speed computed tomography, enables physicians to view coronary artery disease and many other heart abnormalities without having to perform invasive procedures.
