T. C. Thompson Children's Hospital Foundation builds public awareness and cultivates philanthropic partnerships to foster medical excellence that meets the unique needs of children and families within our communities.  Our vision is to enable T. C. Thompson Children's Hospital to be the top children's hospital in our region, ensuring superior technology and services to attract the highest caliber medical professionals and to give families the confidence to make Children's Hospital their first choice in pediatric care. 

The support of our donor family this year has had a tremendous impact on our healing work.  T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital Foundation has been able to:

• Take a leadership role in advancing patient safety initiatives by replacing every IV infusion pump in Children's Hospital with "smart pumps" that help eliminate dosage errors for IV medications
• Add needed technology to our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that cares for our region's youngest and most vulnerable patients
• Raise money toward the purchase of a dedicated CT scanner for children's hospital and toward the planned expansion of our operating rooms that will allow us to care for an additional 2, 920 children each year.
