|I've submitted an application, but not for a specific vacancy. When will the recruiter and/or manager have access to my application?
||Once you've submitted the application, the recruiter has access to review your application. Daily, the recruiters are searching the database to match the most qualified applicant for a vacant job requisition. The recruiter will "route" your application at that time for the hiring manager's review.
|I've applied for a "specific" vacant position. When will the recruiter and/or manager have access to my application?
||Once an application is submitted for a specific position, the recruiter and the hiring manager have immediate access to your application. However, due to the volume of applications we receive, the recruiter and/or the hiring manager may not contact you at that time.
|I applied for a position several weeks ago and noticed that the job is still posted. Do I need to reapply?
||No, if you applied for a specific position and it is still open on the job vacancy board, you will not need to apply a second time.
Reasons for a position to remain on the board include:
1. The manager would like to have a large pool of applicants before ranking and selecting who to interview.
2. The manager may have numerous projects or the work load is prohibitive to interviewing immediately.
