LIFE FORCE 1 - Main Base (located at the Baroness Campus)

LIFE FORCE 1 began operations in December 1988 with one aircraft averaging over 700 flights per year.

LIFE FORCE 2 - Sparta Base

Sparta Base, located approximately five miles north of Sparta, Tennessee at the Upper Cumberland Regional Airport, is a satellite site for LIFE FORCE 2 .  The second aircraft was added in 1995 to help serve the Cumberland region communities better and to improve the odds in the race against time during the "The Golden Hour."   LIFE FORCE 2 is "launched" by the Communications Center at Erlanger Base where the aircraft can also be tracked by the Communications Specialist.  Every resource that is available to Erlanger's aircraft and crew is also available to the Sparta Base aircraft and crew.

LIFE FORCE 3 - Calhoun Base

On February 12, 2007, LIFE FOCE 3, based at the Tom B. David Airport in Calhoun, Georgia, completed its first patient transport to Erlanger’s Baroness Campus in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As Erlanger’s service area expanded in the highly populated North Georgia region, Erlanger added its third aircraft to help serve the North Georgia communities better and to improve the odds in the race against time during the “Golden Hour.” As is with LIFE FORCE 1 and 2, LIFE FORCE 3 is “launched” by the Communications Center at the Erlanger base where the aircraft can also be tracked by the communications specialists. Every resource that is available to Erlanger’s aircraft and crew is also available to the Calhoun base aircraft and crews.

LIFE FORCE 4 - Blue Ridge Base

LIFE FORCE 4 was placed in service in the Blue Ridge, Georgia area in October 2010 to help better serve the Northeast Georgia, Southeast Tennessee and Wester North Carolina communities.
