Home Health
Provides intermitten visits to homebound
patients in and around Hamilton County.
HomMed Telemonitoring
Provides 7-day-a-week patient
monitoring via an FDA Class II medical device located in the patient's home.
This device allows vital patient information to be transmitted directly to the
ContinuCare office.
Private Duty
Offers hourly, one-on-one care to patients
in their homes, local hospitals, or other facilities.
Medical Equipment
A regional provider of home medical
services for adult and pediatric patients.
Infusion Therapy
Offers 24-hour nursing and clinical
pharmacy support in conjunction with patient education regarding therapy,
medication, and infusion devices.
Respiratory Therapy
In-home, customized clinical
respiratory services and equipment provided in conjunction with oxygen delivery
systems. All administered by a certified or registered care practicioner.
Professional Staffing
ContinuCare provides supplemental
healthcare, data entry, billing, and clerical staffing to a wide range of
clients.
Moore & King Pharmacy
Provides pharmacy and
pharmaceutical delivery services in five locations in and around
Chattanooga.
