Services for the General Public

Classes We Offer

The Medical Library frequently offers classes for members of the general public through HealthLink Plus. Classes include "How to Research Your Health on the Internet", "Women's Health Resources on the Internet" and "Getting Your Degree Online". Contact HealthLink Plus at 778-LINK to see which classes are scheduled in the coming months.

Some limited one-on-one instruction is also offered on a walk-in basis at the Baroness Campus location of the Medical Library. If you know you need to research a particular disease or condition, call in advance of your visit and we'll arrange for someone to sit down with you and go over the different databases we offer and teach you to locate relevant articles and books.
