Senior Vice President, Planning and Business Development.
Mr. Winick is responsible for Planning, Business Development and Analytics. In his capacity, he works collaboratively with the medical staff, executive team, and Centers of Excellence leaders to plan for the future, while also insuring that services provided are responsive to the needs of those served. Mr. Winick is the liaison to the Board Planning Committee and is involved in developing the master plan for Erlanger’s facilities, major capital initiatives and various regulatory filings related to services provided. He also prepares Erlanger’s annual utilization forecast, while monitoring markets where Erlanger services are provided.
Before his tenure with Erlanger, Mr. Winick served in similar roles with Albert Einstein, Humana and American Healthcare. Mr. Winick has more than thirty years of domestic and international healthcare experience.
Mr. Winick holds a Post Master’s Certificate in Business Intelligence and Advance Analytics (CPBI) from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration from The George Washington University. He is Board Certified in Healthcare Management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (BSBA). Mr. Winick serves on various professional and community boards including East Tennessee Health Care Executives, Cyberknife of Chattanooga, LLC, Ronald McDonald House, and Choose Chattanooga.
